During the largest global clean-up action World Clean up Day, we at Wiedewei keep the outdoor area around our location clean together during Wiedewei Clean! 🧼 This week, our after-school care children cleaned everything around the location themselves, such as the sidewalks, lawns and the municipal garden. In small groups, the children got to work with gloves and garbage bags to clean up all the litter. There are several ways to stimulate language development in children, such as with music 🎶For example, some of our locations have taken the initiative to choose a special song every month that fits the theme of that moment. Singing helps children to learn new words in a natural way, to improve their pronunciation and to discover the rhythm of language. The song of the month is not only sung in the group, but also shared with parents so that it can be repeated at home.
