GGD inspection
The municipality is responsible for supervision and enforcement of the quality requirements for childcare, the GGD carries out these checks. All day care centers of Wiedewei are regularly inspected and checked by the GGD. They pay attention to, among other things, parent participation, the quality of the pedagogical staff and accommodation. Having and implementing a health and safety policy is also important. All our branches are approved by the GGD.
Our teaching staff
Your child is literally in safe, professional hands. All our pedagogical staff have child-oriented training. They specialize in working with young children and all have a BHV diploma.
Kibeo Academy
We have our own internal training program; The Kibeo Academy. Everyone who works with us takes a number of courses every year, which deepens and supplements their professional knowledge. In this way we guarantee that the group management always works with the latest insights into the upbringing and care of children. A number of these modules are mandatory under the Childcare Act, such as Company Assistance, First Aid for Children, and Safety and Health. There are additional modules especially for the pedagogical employees of Wiedewei.
Internal Supervisor Childcare
At all branches of Wiedewei, an Internal Supervisor (IB'er) Childcare can be deployed. The IB'er Childcare makes a major contribution to the care that Kibeo offers to the children.
The IB'er Childcare supervises and coordinates the care for children and supports pedagogical staff in the supervision of children. To this end, the IB childcare worker works with the group for a number of hours, which allows for a closer bond with both the children and the pedagogical staff.
The IB'er Childcare also maintains contact with other (care) organizations such as the youth nurse or the CJG. In addition, the IB'er Childcare ensures the translation of Kibeo's pedagogical policy into daily practice in the group. In this way, the knowledge of the pedagogical policy among the pedagogical employees remains up-to-date, which benefits the quality of the care.
Role and commitment of the pedagogical policy officer
The Childcare Innovation and Quality Act (IKK) sets requirements for the quality of childcare. For example, the deployment of a pedagogical policy officer is mandatory. These employees contribute to the quality of the reception. They have two important tasks. On the one hand, they are concerned with the development and implementation of the pedagogical policy. Security indoor and outdoor areas

If you're a little less satisfied
