Our pedagogical professionals from Wiedewei came together for an inspiring day filled with networking, in-depth learning, and new ideas. A day on which they stepped away from daily practice for a moment to share knowledge and experiences and to further develop themselves. All with one important goal: to offer your child a green, challenging, and familiar environment every day in which your child can grow with joy.
Reflecting together on the power of Wiedewei
Following the joint opening, Director Elly Brand took the Wiedewei colleagues through the developments within childcare and the significance of the work of our pedagogical professionals. Attention was also paid to the vision of Wiedewei and the important contribution our colleagues make every day to the development of children.
During the joint program, there was also room for music and connection. Kameleon 100, which focused on the contribution of childcare to the development of the young child, provided an inspiring and interactive program for the morning.
New knowledge and ideas for the group
In the afternoon, the educational professionals were able to look around the fair and participate in various workshops. For instance, nature educator Jael Nouhet guided them through the importance of slowing down, being in awe, and being outdoors. And during the Taste Expedition, they learned all about cold cooking and how to make even better use of the produce in the vegetable garden.
During the inspiration day, the pedagogical professionals were introduced to new materials, activities, and working methods, and exchanged experiences with colleagues from other Wiedewei locations.
They can immediately put the inspiration gained into practice. For example, during activities in nature, creative moments, playing and discovering together, or in the way they respond to what your child needs at that moment.

By regularly making time for training and inspiration, our pedagogical professionals continue to develop. You can see this reflected in your child's care: in varied activities, conscious attention to development, and new ways to spark your child's curiosity about the world around them.
