Toddlers and after-school care children go on an adventure in a green play and learning environment. We work on development with targeted methods. In this way, we prepare your child well for primary school and your son or daughter is introduced to nature and everything that grows and blooms there at an early age!

This week we are starting the new theme: “Tree and Leaf”. Spruit loves discovering nature. Together with Spruit and the children, we will discover a lot about trees and leaves. Who lives in the tree? 🕷️ 🐞 What do the leaves look like? We will examine the leaves and many other natural treasures up close, in our hands and with a magnifying glass or tweezers. We will create a discovery table and do crafts with leaves 🌳 🍂

At the Wiedewei locations, we work with the puppet Spruit within our Early Childhood Education program. By using the puppet, we stimulate various areas of development. Children learn to care for others, take responsibility, and increase their empathy. Additionally, the puppet encourages conversation, imaginative play, and collaboration with other children. The puppet can also help with naming feelings, practicing social skills, and creating a sense of belonging within the group 🌿🐞

Yesterday there was a major renovation at the Boezemsingel! Isn't it a lovely place? We have all new furniture, lots of cozy corners, and new toys! The toddlers certainly approved of the room. Will you come and take a look soon?
